Mental emergency, please call 911, ask for a CIT Officer. (crisis intervention training)

Welcome to "Ask Mental Health" in English and Chinese

The Goals:
-Ask about Mental Health and Social Resources.
-We support each other because we have been there.
-One day the mental health should be like a common cold easily to talk about and to understand.

"The Recovery for the consumers (patients), and The Hope for caregivers/families/friends."

(節錄於quoted from Dr. Paul Yang, http://www.paulyangmd.com/)
